Description:
Basic requirements:
* Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration or Engineering-related fields;
* Experience with administrative procurement processes and material management;
* Basic knowledge of Power BI;
* Knowledge of SAP and Electronic Marketplace;
* Proactivity and dynamism;
* Basic English.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in international procurement processes;
* Undergraduate degree in Engineering;
* Proficiency in Power BI;
* Knowledge of FEL methodology;
* Knowledge of TPM;
* Willingness to travel;
* Familiarity with Ariba tool;
* Experience in the food industry.

Manage the company's internal project portfolio through knowledge capture and dissemination activities, contract support, and promotion of internally developed or partner-provided tools—always aligned with the company’s strategy—to contribute to knowledge management, provide support in contract execution, and promote achievement of established goals.
Detailed Description:
* Responsible for material procurement and service contracting processes.
* Execute material management, from purchase requisition creation in SAP system to receipt and verification at the application unit.
* Ensure and monitor compliance with purchase order approval workflows.
* Conduct follow\-up with suppliers to ensure adherence to delivery deadlines.
* Perform capitalization and asset activation in SAP system upon receipt.
* Participate in TPM routines and monitoring of project management criteria.
* Conduct financial control of projects jointly with the responsible engineer and track invoice entries in the system.
* Attend cross-functional contract interface meetings related to your area of responsibility to align and identify potential interferences impacting planned project development.
* Participate in implementation of departmental work plans and procedures, executing and monitoring required technical actions to achieve established objectives and goals.
* Participate in safety routines, conducting field inspections.
* Monitor performance indicators for projects under your responsibility, track results, propose and implement corrective actions when necessary to support achievement of leadership-defined goals.
* Prepare reports on service and material procurement management.
