Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and controlling cargo loading, unloading, and movement, ensuring product integrity, documentary compliance, and operational safety. Key Highlights: 1. Monitors and controls cargo loading and unloading, as well as related documentation. 2. Ensures product integrity and documentary compliance. 3. Identifies and assesses potential risks, implements mitigation measures, and ensures safety. · Monitors cargo loading and unloading, controls documentation, and ensures product integrity inside vehicles. · Establishes clear and effective communication with all involved parties. · Monitors customer goods movement and vehicle loading, always focusing on proper procedures and potential material damage. · Verifies vehicle documentation and conditions, and ensures goods comply with CT-e documents, invoices, labels, etc. · Identifies and assesses potential risks in transportation operations and implements measures to mitigate them. · Requests third-party assistants from the Administrative Department and receives / corrects / guides the team. · Controls product dispatch. · Ensures the team maintains a clean and organized platform at all times. · Ensures compliance with safety rules and provides support and training. · Keeps other leaders informed about operational status to ensure workflow continuity! . Monitors vehicle unloading, storage of goods in warehouses at respective locations, as well as verification and sorting according to routing.
