Medication organization and control **Job Description:** ---------------------- \*Job Description: Pharmacy Sales Assistant\* \*Responsibilities:\* Serve customers at the counter and via telephone with courtesy and efficiency. Clarify questions regarding dosage, indications, and methods of medication use, always under pharmacist supervision. Verify medical prescriptions to ensure compliance with current regulations. Select, package, and deliver medications and products as requested. Maintain counter and shelf organization and cleanliness. Monitor product expiration dates and assist in inventory organization. Support the pharmacist in controlling restricted medications, in accordance with ANVISA Ordinance No. 344/98. Notify the pharmacist of situations requiring technical attention. Comply with Good Dispensing Practices guidelines. \*Requirements:\* Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is mandatory. \*Schedule:\* Rotating shift (6 days on / 1 day off) or 12x36 schedule (morning/afternoon/night). \*Compensation:\* 100% commission-based. The R$1\.785,29 represents a minimum guaranteed amount if sales targets are not met. However, this does not mean the employee will receive R$ 1\.785,29 plus commission; it is an isolated floor salary guarantee.
