Here, you can chart your future path!** * Open maintenance service requests; * Monitor revenue (Hourly / Monthly / New customer acquisition / Partnerships); * Monitor regional activity—competitors and generating hubs; * Customer service; * Customer support center (SAC) service; * Claims handling; * Develop work schedules; * Verify cash register balances; * Inspect equipment and infrastructure; * Inspect parking lot areas; * Manage maneuvering, parking lot, and cashier teams; * Complete revenue spreadsheets; * Conduct flow / occupancy / idle time analysis; * Perform operational checklists; * Manage office supplies / receipt rolls / cleaning materials; * Manage change fund; * Prepare financial reports (daily cash closing); * Handle delinquency issues for monthly customers and partners; * Process time cards; * Address requests from contractors / liaison personnel; * Train maneuvering, parking lot, and cashier teams.
