**Job Description:** Responsible for the implementation, coordination, planning, and execution of activities in the Treatment and Bagging area at the corn seed production processing unit in Itumbiara/GO. **Main Responsibilities:** * Responsible for developing, reviewing, and ensuring proper compliance with work instructions, procedures, and process orders; * Responsible for ensuring adherence to quality standards and company safety policies; * Implement and review processes and procedures to improve activity execution, quality, and safety; * Plan and coordinate area activities across different work shifts; * Lead permanent and temporary employee teams during work shifts; * Ensure accurate recording of process data in systems and prepare reports and KPI tracking; * Carry out corrective and/or preventive actions to minimize safety and quality deviations; * Conduct periodic safety and quality dialogues; * Focus on continuous improvement: identify opportunities, ensure implementation, and monitor new results; * Support supervision in managing activities during harvest and off-season periods; **Education:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. **Skills and Profile:** * Industrial experience, preferably in seed production; * Preferred: Experience in seed treatment; * Leadership ability; * Teamwork skills; * Commitment; * Responsibility; * Intermediate to advanced computer skills; **Work Schedule:** * Availability to work in shifts;
