Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing and monitoring transportation negotiations, tracking KPIs, and providing operational support in logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Providing general operational support to the team and mapping processes **Responsibilities**: * Manage and monitor transportation negotiations and contracts * Monitor and analyze KPIs related to carrier performance and logistics operations * Request, organize, and manage documentation from partner companies * Map internal processes and support the development and updating of manuals and procedures (with focus on audits and quality) * Execute operational tasks in systems such as Protheus, D4Sign, and Repom * Provide general support to the team, contributing to routine efficiency and problem resolution **Requirements**: * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields * Intermediate Excel skills (data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas) * Experience with Power BI (data analysis and visualization) * **Preferred**: Experience with systems such as Protheus, D4Sign, and/or Repom * **Preferred**: Prior experience in transportation or logistics **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 remote workday per week) **Salary**: R$2.200,00 - R$2.700,00 **Benefits**: Meal/Voucher Allowance (R$25.00 per day), Transportation Voucher, Medical and Dental Plans, Life Insurance, Birthday Leave, Gympass, Pharmacy Benefits, ApoioPass, Sólides Academy, Tangará Club Membership, among others. **Location**: Rua Giuseppe Urani 111, Industrial District (North Ring Road)
