Team management and customer service **Prior work experience required.** Responsibilities: Guide, monitor, and resolve issues related to the perishables department (frozen and dairy products); Monitor private-label product production processes; Customer service; Manage department shift scheduling, arrange substitutions as needed, execute checklists, and fulfill all requests from supervision and commercial departments; Manage department staff and handle department-related matters. Schedule: Monday through Saturday (Sundays off).
