**We are looking for a Tech Lead to technically lead the squad responsible for the MVP of a new Caveo product.** This professional will be a key piece in scaling, with technology and excellence, our entire financial automation process, banking integration, and digital experience for our customers. **Responsibilities:** * Technically lead the multidisciplinary squad (backend, frontend, AI, DevOps, product, and design) * Define architecture, development standards, and engineering best practices * Support the Product Manager and UX/Product Design in solution conception and technical discovery * Mentor and develop engineers on the team * Ensure scalability, security, and performance of solutions * Support technical prioritization, impediment resolution, and trade-off decisions * Promote agile methodologies and DevOps/DataOps culture * Hands-on work on banking integration architecture, payment automation, development and management of RESTful APIs, and microservices **Technologies and platforms used:** * AWS for cloud infrastructure * Kubernetes and Docker for orchestration and containerization * Node.js (backend) * Microservices architecture * Terraform for infrastructure as code * RPA and financial process automation * Artificial Intelligence (AI) applied to automation and data analysis * Integration with BaaS platforms (QItech) via APIs * Development and consumption of RESTful APIs **Requirements:** * Experience as Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or similar role in fintechs, payments, or healthcare * Strong knowledge of system architecture, development, integration and management of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Experience in collaborative and multidisciplinary environments * Ability to mentor developers * Preferred: experience with QItech, tax automation, information security, English **Behavioral profile:** * Collaborative and inspiring leadership * Clear and objective communication * Proactivity and ownership * Results-oriented * Adaptability and resilience **Benefits:** * Flexible meal allowance; * Flexible mobility allowance; * Health insurance; * Wellhub and Totalpass; * Platform for personal and professional development courses; * Discounts with partner companies; * Starbem (health platform); * iFood Club; * Birthday day off. ### **Additional information** * Contract type: PJ (individual contractor) * Hybrid model: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote * Workplace location: Vila Olímpia, São Paulo/SP
