




We are looking for a professional to coordinate operational activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with internal processes. The professional will be responsible for supervising logistics routines, people management, supplier relations, and customer service, ensuring that all operations run in an integrated manner and aligned with company guidelines. **Responsibilities:** **Operations and Logistics** * Supervise daily operations, ensuring the proper flow of services, documents, and information. * Monitor operational indicators and propose continuous improvements. * Coordinate field and/or support teams, ensuring deadlines are met and activities are executed according to internal procedures. **People Management (HR)** * Monitor attendance, performance, and team development. * Support the HR department in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training processes. * Ensure compliance with internal rules, safety policies, and good work practices. **Supplier Relations** * Negotiate deadlines, terms, and deliveries with suppliers and service providers. * Evaluate performance and ensure contract and SLA compliance. * Identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization. **Customer Service** * Maintain clear, professional, and effective relationships with customers. * Track requests, demands, and issues until final resolution. * Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of logistics routines, team management, and administrative processes. * Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. * Availability for travel when necessary. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in environmental or transportation sectors. * Familiarity with management tools (ERP, CRM, performance indicators).
