Job Summary:
Responsible for software licensing activities, IT asset management, videoconferencing support, and Level 1 technical support, ensuring efficient operation of technological resources.

We are seeking a professional responsible for **software licensing**, **IT asset management**, **videoconferencing support**, and **Level 1 technical support**, ensuring efficient operation of technological resources and user support.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Asset Management**
* Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on notebooks and desktops.
* Configure assets for new associates and reformat returned equipment.
* Manage disposal of discontinued assets (via service request in SGD).
* Manage responsibility agreements (implementation and auditing).
* Create software installation documentation and update the knowledge base (Wiki).
* Monitor printers and peripherals, performing maintenance as needed.
* Handle equipment shipping and pickup for onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance.
* Identify process improvements in asset management.
**Videoconferencing Support**
* Prepare and test equipment before critical meetings (microphones, cameras, projectors, codecs).
* Assist users at the start of videoconferences, ensuring connection and screen sharing.
* Address incidents during meetings (audio/video failures, connectivity issues).
* Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic checklists for devices.
* Log incidents and maintain an updated inventory of room equipment.
* Guide users and prepare quick-reference guides for system usage.
**Infrastructure Support**
* Provide ad-hoc support to the network team (Wi-Fi and local infrastructure checklists).
* Support data center server-related activities as required.
* Address printing environment and print server-related requests.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education (technical or higher education in IT preferred).
* Knowledge of operating systems (Windows), software installation, and hardware maintenance.
* Familiarity with videoconferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex, Google Meet).
* Basic understanding of networking and infrastructure.
* Strong communication skills and user support capability.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in asset management and software licensing.
* Knowledge of corporate videoconferencing environments (Poly, Yealink).
* Technical English proficiency for reading manuals and documentation.
