Provide information to patients and collect biological specimens Check-Up Medicina e Diagnóstico, the third-largest laboratory in the state of Minas Gerais by number of tests processed, operating in Clinical Laboratory Analysis and Imaging Diagnostics, is seeking an **EXTERNAL COLLECTION SITE TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES**: * Monitor technical and operational processes at collection sites in accordance with current regulatory agency standards. * Daily monitoring: cleanliness and organization of collection sites; labeling of containers holding subdivided items (e.g., alcohol, sodium hypochlorite, etc.); weighing of biological waste. * Verify adequacy of infrastructure and request adjustments when necessary. * Ensure company operational procedures are followed per SGQ documentation. * Ensure all medical requisitions include collector number, time of collection, and entries in SIL. * Accurately record: refrigerator temperature, thermal box temperature, ambient temperature, collection records, traceability control, thermal box cleaning, and collection kit cleaning, among others, in designated spreadsheets. * Prepare supply requisitions to prevent shortages at collection sites. * Monitor supply expiration dates. * Monitor expiration dates of the following documents: operating license, sanitary permit, Technical Responsibility Certificate, water analysis report, water tank hygiene report, pest control and rodent control reports, and water dispenser filter replacement date. * Maintain the following documents in the site folder: architectural project and technical opinion, contractual amendment, list of technical staff, water analysis report, water tank hygiene report, pest control and rodent control reports, copy of biological waste collection manifest. * Display the following documents visibly: operating license, sanitary permit, Technical Responsibility Certificate, notice indicating that the establishment adheres to the Consumer Protection Code, and signage indicating that service is provided only upon presentation of official photo identification. * Keep quality documents readily accessible on the computer. * When required: register patients in the system according to medical requisitions and applicable acceptance rules; collect and receive biological specimens per medical requisitions and collection guidelines; perform collections for all patient groups, including both venous and arterial access. * Provide clear and accurate instructions to patients regarding preparation for examinations. * Dispatch biological samples to the Technical Department properly stored as specified in POA.SGQ.20 (Transportation and Preservation of Samples). * Monitor report release deadlines. * Monitor restocking of materials at the Check-Up collection site or within the collection room of the reference unit. * Ensure proper disposal of generated waste per RDC 222 and PGRSS regulations. * Support physicians in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and bone marrow aspiration procedures when required. * Safeguard company assets provided for job performance and promptly notify immediate supervisor if replacement or repair is needed; maintain a clean work environment. * Train and monitor the development of new employees. * Receive and forward customer Non-Conformance Reports (RNCs) to managers. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break); Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Biomedical Sciences degree; * Basic computer skills; * Preferred: 6 months of laboratory experience; **NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE:** * Venous and arterial puncture techniques; * Patient preparation for specimen collection; * Processes and regulations under current legislation.
