Ethics and integrity are part of all business relationships, along with humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Check occurrences in the delinting report made by the shift operator and verify machine operation and equipment settings, verbally communicating to the shift supervisor when repairs are needed; (passed on to Operator II or III) * Perform daily cleaning of the magnetic system on delinters, hullers, fiber removers, and lint beaters to prevent quality issues and fire hazards; * Continuously check whether delinters are adequately filled with seeds supplied through the surge silo to ensure uninterrupted production processes; * Perform blowing with compressed air hoses on hullers and brush safety sieves to keep the area clean, ensure proper hygiene conditions, and prevent equipment damage; * Carry out and record sampling of delinted seed, hulled husk, lint, and woolly seed intended for crushing at scheduled sampling times and deliver samples to the oil laboratory at the end of the shift; * Perform blowing with compressed air hoses on screens of fiber removers and short-fiber beaters (HF) to improve cellulose quality and ensure lint quality standards; * Ensure the preservation of equipment, instruments, and tools under responsibility, checking them whenever necessary; **Qualifications** Availability to work a 6x2 shift schedule **Additional Information** **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
