Comprehensive support for fleet department requirements We are looking for an organized, proactive, and committed professional to work as a Junior Fleet Analyst, supporting fleet administrative and operational routines, ensuring financial and documentary control, and providing support for fleet department requirements. Main Responsibilities: * Receive and verify freight balance; * Reconcile accounts with drivers to maintain truck reserve funds; * Record various expenses in the ERP system; * Organize codes and documents related to service invoices; * Archive and keep vehicle documentation up to date; * Conduct deliveries of materials when necessary; * Address external requests and provide operational support as required by the department; * Support administrative controls and general fleet management routines; * Monitor preventive maintenance of fleet vehicles; * Issue CTE for subcontracting; * Issue transportation invoices (NF); * Request quotations for parts and services; * Manage tire usage tracking.
