




• Manage and archive transportation documents (CT-e, MDF-e, stubs, delivery confirmations, etc.); • Register and update data in management systems (ERP/transportation); • Support scheduling of pickups, deliveries, and drivers’ routes; • Serve customers and suppliers in person and by phone, providing information on shipments and deadlines; • Issue and verify invoices, reports, and control spreadsheets; • Support local People & Management/Health & Safety routines (onboarding and offboarding documents, time tracking, uniforms, benefits, staffing requests, coordination with Occupational Health, signing safety documents, etc.); • Assist in recruiting and selecting new employees in partnership with the Head Office People & Management team. • Supervise procurement and control of administrative and operational supplies, ensuring rational use of resources. • Organize training sessions, onboarding activities, and events for the local administrative team, in partnership with the Head Office People & Management team. • Support logistics, transportation, and maintenance departments when administrative tasks arise. • Monitor branch administrative KPIs (costs, productivity, pending documentation); • Support verification and recording of expenses, advances, and reimbursements; • Assist coordination in preparing managerial and operational reports; • Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and sound administrative practices.
