Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineering student to work on quality control at construction sites, with a results-oriented, proactive, and innovative mindset, integrating into multidisciplinary teams to enhance processes. Culture of learning, innovation, and diversity We are looking for a candidate residing in Uberaba/MG who is currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering. If you possess strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, ease working within multidisciplinary teams, an owner’s mindset, results focus, proactivity, engagement, and innovation — join the BILD team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with established quality specifications. * Assist in collecting samples and performing construction material tests, such as concrete, steel, etc. * Monitor and document progress of construction activities, identifying and recording any deviations from the project plans. * Collaborate in identifying non-conformities and support implementation of corrective actions. * Participate in team meetings to discuss quality-related topics and propose process improvements. * Contribute to preparing quality control reports, consolidating relevant information and suggesting preventive measures. * Support management of quality control-related documents and records. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering program; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with AutoCAD. **Additional Information** **We’re not limited to cement, glass, and steel!** We aren’t afraid to try, to take risks — and if we make mistakes, we don’t let them shake us; instead, we seize the opportunity to learn and grow into who we are today.
