Main tasks include: * Support in general administrative activities; * Copying, scanning, and organizing documents; * Physical and digital archiving of documents; * Entering data and information into the system; * Monitoring and controlling internal documents; * Distributing documents to employees; * Collecting signatures on documents; * Typing registrations and updating information; * Supporting the collection of commercial information; * Answering phone calls and supporting departmental requests. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or completed high school. * Basic computer skills (Office Suite: Windows, Word, and Excel). * Comfort with technology and typing (preferred). * Availability to work from **08:00 to 12:00**. * Must reside in **ITUMBIARA – GO**. **Additional information**  **IMPORTANT NOTICE** regarding complete registration: Attaching only your resume does NOT guarantee a strong application. **IT IS MANDATORY to review your registration to ensure ALL information is correct.
