**Occupational Safety Technician (Administrative Focus)** **Mission:** *Promote health and safety in the workplace through accident prevention, compliance with current legislation, and dissemination of a safety culture. Responsible for identifying hazards, inspecting areas, guiding employees, and implementing corrective and preventive measures.* **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct safety inspections in operational and administrative areas; * Identify unsafe conditions and propose improvements; * Develop and monitor implementation of the PGR (Risk Management Program), LTCAT, PCMSO (in support of the occupational physician), and other legally mandated programs; * Investigate accidents and incidents, issuing technical reports and corrective action proposals; * Control the proper distribution and use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs); * Deliver mandatory training and educational campaigns (NRs, onboarding of new employees, etc.); * Maintain up-to-date safety records and legally required reports; * Ensure compliance with Ministry of Labor Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other applicable regulations; * Interact with regulatory bodies when necessary (eSocial, SESMT, etc.). **Required Qualifications:** * Completed technical course in Occupational Safety; * Registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment; * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Knowledge of risk prevention techniques; * Knowledge of labor legislation as applied to occupational safety; * Prior experience in industrial environments; * Attention to detail; * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Analytical and problem-solving mindset; * Ethical and responsible conduct. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 637.92; * **Health Benefits:** Medical and dental plans; * **Recreation Club Agreement:** Tangará Club; * **Parking:** Free. * **Gympass** Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with management systems (e.g., e\-Social and Sênior); * Experience in transportation companies; Salary: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
