Freight and transshipment administration ***Salary negotiable \+ bonus*** ***Meal allowance $500.00*** ***Medical, dental, and pharmacy benefits .*** ***Gympass*** ***20% discount on company products*** Main Responsibilities: * Manage the entire logistics chain: warehousing, billing, and route planning * Coordinate delivery logistics and heavy and light vehicle fleets * Contract and administer transshipment and pickup freight services * Manage transshipment operations in Montes Claros * Monitor and evaluate team performance, set goals, and propose continuous improvement actions Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree (in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields) * Prior experience in logistics, preferably in distribution operations * Intermediate proficiency in systems (Sankhya preferred) and Microsoft Office suite * Systemic vision, cost management, warehouse management, and frozen product dispatch.
