**Job Description:** ---------------------- Act as an HR professional responsible for the technical (low-, medium-, and high-complexity levels) and behavioral development of After\-Sales (WORKSHOP) teams across all units of the North Region. Will be responsible for ensuring effective knowledge absorption, continuous competence development, adherence to Tracbel Culture, and direct impact on quality, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This position belongs to HR and operates directly alongside operations, acting as a guardian of the company’s culture and values, ensuring that behaviors, practices, and decisions align with strategy, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed technical education in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automotive Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Experience in workshops, dealerships, or large-scale operations. Experience in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of commercial vehicles. Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals. Knowledge of occupational safety standards. Familiarity with workshop quality processes and standards. Driver’s license Category B (mandatory). Availability for travel and relocation. Residence in the Belém metropolitan region. Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). Proficiency in using training systems and platforms. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Technology, or related fields) — considered a plus.
