Job Summary: The professional will perform administrative support activities for the site engineer and planning department, provide workplace safety support, and manage documentation. Employee assistance and communication with the headquarters. **POSITION FOR THE TRIÂNGULO MINEIRO REGION/MG — to meet demand at ADM do Brasil’s construction site in Uberlândia/MG.** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:30 **Salary:** BRL 2,500.00 \+ Medical Plan (Unimed) \+ Dental Plan (Sul América) \+ Life Insurance \+ Transportation Voucher (loaded onto a card with 6% payroll deduction) \+ Company-paid bus fare \+ On-site lunch \+ Other benefits. **Responsibilities:** Perform administrative tasks supporting the site engineer and planning department, such as conducting analyses, making contacts, preparing reports, completing spreadsheets, managing collections, assisting site employees, etc. Provide support to the Occupational Safety Technician in safety-related activities, including documentation assistance and activity monitoring, and clarify matters with the headquarters in Ribeirão Preto/SP whenever necessary; Be responsible for controlling and tracking all construction site documentation and its related procedures (client, headquarters, site); Perform other related administrative tasks to ensure smooth site operations. **Requirements:** * Immediate availability to start. * **Valid Driver’s License Category A/B required** * Prior experience in this role is preferred. **THIS POSITION IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PCD)** Compensation: BRL 2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a Category A/B driver’s license?
