Production Operator

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for performing various operations in the production of organomineral fertilizers, from raw material receipt to finished product loading. Thus, we produce high-value-added solid and liquid organomineral fertilizers, as well as biological inputs, in factories located at sugarcane-energy mill sites. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Unload raw materials and collect samples for submission to Quality Control. \- Monitor the compost drying process and take samples for moisture content analysis. \- Monitor formulation dosing and mixing, ensuring no leaks or contamination occur. \- Package finished products according to predefined packaging (bulk bags or sacks), storing them in designated locations in an organized manner. \- Apply labels to packages during packaging, perform sampling of finished products, and record the temperature of packaged products. \- Load finished products manually or using an overhead crane. \- Request maintenance services when necessary for optimal operation of the area, reporting to the immediate supervisor. \- Comply with company safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE to ensure personal and coworker safety. \- Operate lifting equipment and forklifts. \- Clean equipment upon request by the immediate supervisor. \- Perform other duties pertinent to the position as requested by management. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** *Requirements* \- Completed elementary education \- Minimum of 6 months of industrial experience *Differential* \- Experience in fertilizer industries *Skills* \- Commitment \- Teamwork \- Respect for safety regulations \- Organization **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, with one monthly Saturday off, combined with Sunday, according to schedule. **Working Hours:** **\-** 3:40 PM \- 7:00 PM / 8:10 PM \- 11:55 PM (2nd Shift) \- 12:00 AM \- 4:00 AM / 5:00 AM \- 7:45 AM (3rd Shift) **Benefits:** \- Meal Allowance \- On-site Meals \- Transportation Allowance / Shuttle Bus (No payroll deduction) \- Medical Assistance \- Dental Assistance \- Life Insurance \- Profit-Sharing Program (Per policy) \- Attendance Bonus \_ Basic Food Basket (Per policy) \- Referral Bonus (Per policy) \- Birthday Bonus \- University Partnership (Discounts on courses and degree programs) **Work Location:** Tupaciguara/MG Factory (Company provides free transportation for employees from Uberlândia/MG.)
