Description: * Completed or ongoing higher education in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in Technical Support (Level 2) and system administration. * Solid experience managing users, groups, GPOs, and DNS in an AD environment. * Server Operating Systems: Experience with basic/intermediate administration of Windows Server (roles and features) and/or Linux (basic commands, service management). * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts, VLANs, VPN, and network topologies. Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues. * Experience with backup and recovery tools and procedures (disaster recovery). * Behavioral Skills: Proactiveness, sense of responsibility and urgency (SLA), good communication, and ability to work autonomously and in teams.
