Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a SENIOR ACADEMIC PLANNING ANALYST are:** * Maintaining and updating SQL databases; * Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards; * Creating and maintaining applications using PowerApps; * Developing mathematical models applied to operations; **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * A degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields; * Experience with Power BI (including Power Query and DAX); * Proficiency in SQL for database manipulation and maintenance; * Knowledge of PowerApps for developing internal solutions; * Strong logical reasoning and analytical ability; * Autonomy to manage end-to-end projects; * Good communication skills to interact across departments; * Ability to prioritize and organize tasks; * Interest in learning and applying new solutions. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of Operations Research or mathematical modeling; * Experience automating business processes; * Postgraduate degree in related fields; **Additional Information** Work Location: Barra da Tijuca, RJ.
