Controller Specialist

Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing and monitoring the corporate budget, performing monthly cost closing, and developing managerial reports, with a focus on continuous improvement and feasibility analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in cost management, budgeting, and controller functions 2. Development and monitoring of managerial reports and KPIs 3. Involvement in continuous process improvement and automation Responsibilities: * Prepare, consolidate, and monitor the corporate budget (budget), forecast, and periodic revisions, analyzing variances between actual and budgeted figures. * Perform monthly cost closing, ensuring accurate accounting and managerial classification and calculation. * Develop and monitor managerial reports, performance indicators, and analyses of efficiency, productivity, and profitability. * Support cost formation and review (products, processes, services, and cost centers), including costing models. * Conduct economic and financial feasibility studies (payback, contribution margin, profitability) and simulations to support decision-making. * Drive continuous process improvement, automation of controls, and support for audits. * Collaborate with departments such as Controller, Accounting, Production, Procurement, PCP, Sales, and Operations. Requirements: * Reside in Frutal/MG or be available to relocate. * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields (postgraduate degree/MBA is a plus). * Solid experience in cost management, budgeting, controller functions, or financial planning, with hands-on experience in results analysis and budget monitoring. * Knowledge of cost calculation, corporate budgeting, forecasting, managerial income statements (DRE), variance analysis, and financial indicators. * Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI is a plus). * Desired: knowledge of financial modeling and report automation.
