Job Summary: Operates plate-type roller compactors for soil, base, sub-base, and asphalt layer compaction and stabilization, ensuring quality and leveling. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure equipment preservation and proper functioning Operate plate-type (smooth) roller compactors in earthworks and paving activities, performing compaction and stabilization of soil, base, sub-base, and asphalt layers, ensuring quality, leveling, and strength of layers constructed on site. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate plate-type (smooth) roller compactors at earthworks and paving work fronts. * Perform soil, base, sub-base, and asphalt mixture compaction according to site technical instructions. * Control speed and pass overlap to ensure adequate compaction. * Conduct basic equipment inspections prior to commencing operations. * Ensure equipment preservation, cleanliness, and proper functioning. * Collaborate with earthworks and paving teams. * Comply with company safety regulations and operational procedures. **Prerequisites:** * Proven experience in this role. * Minimum driver's license category: **C**. * Full availability for travel and accommodation.
