Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating and monitoring fertilizer production processes—from raw material receipt to final product loading—ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Accordingly, we produce high-value-added solid and liquid organomineral fertilizers, as well as biological inputs, in factories located at sugarcane energy plant sites. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Unload raw materials and collect samples for submission to Quality Control. Monitor the compost drying process and withdraw samples for moisture content analysis. Monitor formulation dosing and mixing, ensuring no leaks or contamination occur. Package finished products according to predefined packaging specifications (bulk bag or sack), storing them in designated locations in an organized manner. Apply labels to packages during packaging, perform sampling of finished products, and record the temperature of packaged products. Load finished products manually or via overhead crane. Request maintenance services when necessary for optimal operation of the assigned area, reporting to the immediate supervisor. Comply with company safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure personal safety and that of coworkers. Operate lifting equipment and forklifts. Clean equipment upon request from the immediate supervisor.
