Job Summary: Bobcat mini-loader operator to perform paving, earthmoving, and construction support tasks, including material handling and equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operate a Bobcat mini-loader for paving and earthmoving tasks. 2. Handle and distribute materials such as asphalt, crushed stone, soil, and waste. 3. Maintain and clean the equipment in accordance with safety regulations. **Work location: BR 153 highway segment; candidate must have easy access to the site.** **Main Responsibilities** · Operate the **Bobcat mini-loader** for paving, earthmoving, and construction front-line support. · Handle, load, and distribute materials such as **asphalt, crushed stone, soil, and waste**. · Assist in site preparation for asphalt application. · Perform initial surface leveling and compaction as directed by the technical team. · Ensure **equipment maintenance and cleanliness**, conducting daily pre-use inspections. · Report potential equipment malfunctions or repair needs to maintenance staff. · Comply with **occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality standards**. · Support other operational activities on-site as required.
