




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for cash handling, customer service, loss prevention, and sales support, contributing with their expertise and professional growth. Sales support and technical knowledge dissemination **Your Mission:** * Accurately register products and collect payments; * Maintain the POS (point of sale, or cash register) clean and organized to optimize the payment process; * Check for counterfeit bills during cash payments to prevent cash discrepancies; * Perform cash withdrawals in accordance with operational standards; * Combat shrinkage by using reference books, opening product boxes, and verifying merchandise; * Verify product labels; * Handle invoices, exchanges, and returns at the dedicated counter; provide customer service at the information desk and drive-thru; * Support the sales area when necessary (stock replenishment and inventory); * Implement anti-shrinkage measures by identifying potential theft attempts, label swapping, or packaging tampering at the POS; * Act as a technical knowledge multiplier by offering solutions and ideas, and supporting other colleagues in their tasks; * Perform daily anti-shrinkage activities, contributing to diagnostics and proposing improvements; * Support treasury processes when required; * Participate in company projects, contributing knowledge and experience while continuously pursuing professional growth. **To join our team, you must have:** * Completed high school education; * Familiarity with cash operations, products, and point-of-sale systems; * Knowledge of return/exchange policies and treasury processes. **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Gympass; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Christmas food basket; * Progress bonus; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Transportation allowance or parking.
