Job Summary: Bobcat skid-steer loader operator to perform paving, earthwork, and construction support tasks, including material handling and equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operate a Bobcat skid-steer loader for paving and earthwork operations. 2. Handle and distribute materials such as asphalt, gravel, soil, and waste. 3. Maintain the equipment’s condition, cleanliness, and safety. **Work location: BR 153 highway segment; candidates must have easy access to the site.** **Main Responsibilities** · Operate the **Bobcat skid-steer loader** for paving, earthwork, and frontline construction support. · Handle, load, and distribute materials such as **asphalt, gravel, soil, and waste**. · Assist in site preparation for asphalt application. · Perform initial surface leveling and compaction as directed by the technical team. · Ensure **equipment maintenance and cleanliness**, conducting daily pre-use inspections. · Report potential equipment malfunctions or repair needs to maintenance staff. · Comply with occupational **safety, environmental, and quality standards**. · Support other operational construction activities as required.
