Job Summary: Bobcat skid-steer loader operator for paving and earthwork, responsible for material handling and equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operate a Bobcat skid-steer loader for paving and earthwork operations. 2. Handle and distribute materials such as asphalt, crushed stone, and soil. 3. Maintain and clean the equipment in accordance with safety regulations. **Work location: BR 153 highway segment; candidates must have easy access to the site.** **Main Responsibilities** · Operate the **Bobcat skid-steer loader** for paving, earthwork, and support of construction work fronts. · Handle, load, and distribute materials including **asphalt, crushed stone, soil, and waste**. · Assist in site preparation for asphalt application. · Perform initial leveling and compaction of surfaces as directed by the technical team. · Ensure **equipment maintenance and cleanliness**, conducting daily pre-use inspections. · Report potential equipment malfunctions or repair needs to the maintenance team. · Comply with occupational **safety, environmental, and quality standards**. · Support other operational tasks on-site as required.
