Job Summary: Screening Assistant responsible for collecting, sorting, shipping, and tracking biological samples, ensuring quality and organization of processes. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support in test triage Check-Up Medicina e Diagnóstico, the 3rd largest laboratory in Minas Gerais state by number of tests processed, operating in Clinical Analysis and Imaging Diagnosis, is seeking a **SCREENING ASSISTANT (6 hours/day)**. **Main Responsibilities:** · Collect biological material according to physician’s request and collection guidelines, when applicable. · Perform centrifugation, separation, and receipt of biological samples at triage. · Ship materials to technical departments promptly for processing. · Ship materials to supporting laboratories according to each sample’s specific requirements. · Submit weekly supply requisitions to ensure inventory availability for the following week at the warehouse. · Dispose of generated waste properly, in accordance with RDC 222 and PGRSS. · Monitor pending reports and tubes not received at triage. · Receive biological samples verifying proper storage conditions as described in POA.SGQ.20, which governs sample transport and preservation. · Accurately record all activities performed. · Send samples from inclusion procedures to technical departments. · Provide clear and accurate information to staff regarding required specimens. · Safeguard company assets. · Report non-conformities to immediate supervisor. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Requirements**: * Currently enrolled in Biomedicine or Clinical Analysis programs; * Minimum 1 year of experience in the field (preferred); * Solid knowledge of tests related to your area of specialization and company operations. **Base Salary + Benefits:** * Individual Performance or Attendance Bonus: R$ 212.75 * Meal Allowance: R$ 205.54 * Unimed Health Plan (with co-payment) * Dental Plan (50% subsidized) * Life Insurance * Gympass * Tenure-based benefits * Emotional support * Birthday gift card * Discounts on tests and consultations.
