You must demonstrate passion for food — especially dairy products — unwavering commitment to development and learning, a strong desire to deliver results, and solutions superior to routine practices. **A Day in the Life of...** * Supporting Specific Improvement Projects at the factory. * Supporting the analyst in tracking project performance indicators as sources for Specific Improvement topics / TPM task forces. * Monitoring factory KPIs via the Management Dashboard and addressing non-conformities for items outside target metrics, contributing to problem resolution. **What Will Make You Successful?** * Must be currently enrolled in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (with industrial focus), Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * Age limit: up to 22 years old. * Advantage: Intermediate English proficiency. * Strong communication skills and proactive attitude. * Good interpersonal relationship skills. * High organizational and planning capabilities.
