And we are looking for a Maintenance professional to join our team! **Main Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree related to Maintenance; * Previous experience in Industrial Mechanics, preferably in the food industry; * Experience in team management and leadership; * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance routines; * Basic knowledge of automation and mechanical integration. **Main Responsibilities:** * Diagnose mechanical failures and define necessary corrective actions. * Perform and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machines and equipment. * Monitor equipment performance and propose improvements. * Assemble, disassemble, and adjust machines, mechanical assemblies, and industrial systems. * Lubricate, adjust, and replace mechanical components as needed. * Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications. * Manage service orders, maintenance records, and documentation. * Ensure organization and cleanliness of work areas and equipment. * Coordinate, guide, and assign tasks to the mechanical team. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures. * Support planned shutdowns and restart equipment after maintenance. * Monitor maintenance indicators and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
