Job Summary: A professional responsible for verifying lubrication routines, conducting process inspections, evaluating visual quality of products, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure efficiency and productivity on the production line. Guarantee visual quality of products and work standardization Responsibilities: * Verify lubrication routines for the printer, inkjet nozzles, and pinned chain, ensuring proper equipment operation; * Conduct inspections of OV varnish hoses, inkjet roller temperatures, and productive process parameters; * Monitor and evaluate visual quality of decorated cans and application of OV varnish and Rim Coat; * Coordinate and execute label changes, conversions, and scheduled maintenance according to production planning; * Monitor Production Technicians’ routines, ensuring compliance with technical and operational procedures (NOPs and PTs); * Train and guide Production Technicians I, II, and III, promoting technical development of the team; * Monitor equipment operation, performing adjustments and periodic inspections to ensure higher efficiency and productivity; * Report any process anomalies to supervisors, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Support Multiskilled Technicians in organizing and executing scheduled conversions; * Evaluate, diagnose, and report failures and unsafe conditions, completing specific forms and implementing blocking of identified root causes; * Ensure work standardization and continuity, communicating incidents and actions taken to the next shift; * Analyze process variable trends by reviewing charts and established limits, intervening as necessary to maintain system control; * Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices and strictly comply with operational and occupational safety procedures; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, fostering a safe and efficient environment; * Comply with quality management, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices systems procedures; * Collaborate with senior group technicians in preparing technical and operational reports; * Participate in training and capacity-building programs promoted by the Human Resources department to enhance activity effectiveness; * Conduct, under supervision, technical training and support for professionals at levels I, II, III, and basic technicians within the area of responsibility. Requirements: * Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Knowledge of mechanical technical drawing reading and interpretation; dimensional methodology; mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic adjustment. * Desirable: Industrial Mechanics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electromechanical course (40 hours). * Desirable: Basic Office Package (Windows, Word, Excel). * Desirable: Instrumental English. * Desirable: 3 years of experience in can production.
