




**Job Responsibilities** Serve clients at the counter according to the queue established by the system; Carefully verify clients’ identification documents to prevent litigation; Identify the client and complete the digital registration, when necessary; Enter all registration data, including email address; Authenticate signatures by similarity or authenticity; Issue certified copies; Register individuals and legal entities; Inform clients of the fees for services rendered; Authenticate public seals; Send and request public seals; Digitize, organize, and archive signature cards, attendance records, and public seals; Provide clients with information regarding authentication procedures, in person and by telephone; Conduct searches in the notary office’s archives; Clean photocopiers and replenish paper supplies; Provide reception support when necessary; Perform field visits to authenticate signatures; Assist the administrative department when necessary. **Required Knowledge** Microsoft Office applications; Proficient typing skills; Basic knowledge of the Normative Code of the General Court Supervision of Santa Catarina (CNCGJSC); Basic knowledge of the Civil Code provisions; Basic knowledge of Law No. 8.935/94 – Notaries Act; Knowledge of work processes – training and capacity-building programs.
