We are seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and continuous operation of company equipment, machinery, and facilities. Key responsibilities: * Responsible for performing and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on machinery, equipment, and facilities, ensuring proper operation, safety, and continuity of operations. * Diagnoses and repairs failures, monitors equipment conditions, installs and adjusts new systems, and manages calibration controls and periodic inspections. * Maintains records of performed activities, manages spare parts inventory, and uses digital systems for control and performance indicators. * Provides technical support to teams, participates in continuous improvement projects, applies safety practices and 5S principles. * Performs technical painting when necessary and contributes to the preservation and organization of the factory environment. Academic Qualification: Technical degree in maintenance, electrical, hydraulic, or electromechanical engineering. Specialized courses in this field are an advantage.
