Equipment management and report preparation * Provide comprehensive user support by addressing software and hardware-related requests via service tickets. * Configure and parameterize systems and software to ensure proper process execution. * Analyze and configure Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), domain users, and other network settings. * Provide support in resolving printer issues, including installation of required drivers. * Receive, inspect, and register equipment arriving at the department and assist in equipment control. * Create and analyze reports and spreadsheets; update files and records.
