Identify, record, and report systemic errors to the Architecture/IT team. Contact customers via WhatsApp to request additional information required to complete sales. Monitor order implementation and the status of internalized sales. Update and maintain control and tracking spreadsheets for requests. Ensure adherence to deadlines and maintain sales process quality. Support the team in administrative routines related to commercial back-office operations. ### **Education** Completed high school / ### **Behavioral Competencies** Organization and attention to detail. Familiarity with sales systems, CRM, and digital tools. Basic Excel or spreadsheet knowledge (data control, tracking, and recording). ### **Position Overview** Professional responsible for operational support to sales conducted through digital channels (website and full-digital bot), handling orders with workflow errors, ensuring inconsistency correction and sales completion.
