Solid experience as an HR professional in industry or meatpacking plants (strong differentiator) We are seeking a strategic professional with strong operational expertise to lead HR processes in an industrial environment (meatpacking plant), ensuring efficiency, compliance, and people development. **Key Responsibilities:** ✔ Conduct **Recruitment & Selection** processes (operational, production, and technical positions) ✔ Manage **employee onboarding and integration** ✔ Work directly with production leadership (supervisors, team leaders, and managers) ✔ Develop and implement initiatives to **reduce turnover and absenteeism** ✔ Monitor and analyze **HR metrics** (operational and strategic KPIs) ✔ Lead **Training & Development** programs, focusing on operations and leadership ✔ Implement and monitor **Performance Appraisal and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)** ✔ Support and advise managers on **conflict management and disciplinary actions** ✔ Ensure compliance with **labor regulations, audits, and internal policies** ✔ Drive initiatives related to **organizational climate, engagement, and culture** ✔ Support **job evaluation and compensation**, organizational structure, and internal mobility **Technical Requirements:** ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields ✔ Solid experience as an HR professional in **industry or meatpacking plants (strong differentiator)** ✔ Experience managing **large volumes of operational workforce** ✔ Experience with **HR metrics and goal-based management** ✔ Intermediate/advanced **Excel** (data analysis and reporting) **Preferred Qualifications:** ✔ Experience in the **food / meatpacking sector** ✔ Experience with **audits (internal and external)** **Behavioral Competencies:** ✔ **Resilient and dynamic profile** (high-demand environment) ✔ Strong **leadership and influence capabilities** ✔ Clear communication across all hierarchical levels ✔ Decision-making and problem-solving skills ✔ Organization and ability to manage multiple priorities ✔ Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.118,73 \- R$4\.360,07 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
