Job Summary: Responsible for developing and reviewing residential electrical installation projects, performing calculations, ensuring compliance with technical standards, supporting budgeting, and suggesting improvements. Compliance with technical standards and energy optimization DESCRIPTION * Proficiency in architectural software Revit and BIM * Develop and review low- and medium-voltage residential electrical installation projects. * Size and specify electrical materials, equipment, and components. * Perform electrical calculations, including demand, load, voltage drop, and conductor and protective device sizing. * Prepare single-line, multi-line, and interconnection diagrams. * Define lighting points, outlets, and other devices according to standards and architectural layout. * Ensure compliance with technical standards (e.g., NBR 5410, NBR 14039, and other applicable standards). * Coordinate electrical project integration with architectural, hydraulic, and HVAC projects. * Participate in alignment meetings with technical teams, clients, and suppliers. * Support budget preparation and descriptive memoranda. * Suggest improvements for energy efficiency and reduction of operational costs. SCHEDULE * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 SALARY: To be negotiated REQUIREMENTS: Ability to interpret drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications.
