A transportation company is seeking a Logistics Assistant professional in Contagem. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and update cargo and delivery schedules. Contact drivers and customers for operational alignment. Monitor routes, schedules, and trip progress. Manage transportation documents and delivery confirmations. Update spreadsheets and systems with operational information. Assist in tracking drivers' working hours. Support the organization of administrative tasks within the logistics department. Report incidents and assist in resolving operational issues. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and established deadlines. Position based in Contagem / MG. Previous experience as a Logistics Assistant, Transportation Assistant, Logistics Operator, or Logistics Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position.
