Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support the implementation and management of vehicle leasing contracts, ensuring efficiency and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in managing vehicle leasing contracts 2. Handle registration and IPVA-related administrative procedures 3. Provide administrative support for vehicle operations We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and management of vehicle leasing contracts, ensuring operational efficiency and quality. **Responsibilities:** * Complete leasing contracts according to approved proposals. * Monitor active contracts, ensuring correct dates and necessary adjustments. * Manage the vehicle purchase order portfolio. * Handle vehicle registration and preparation procedures. * Manage IPVA issuance and ensure timely payments. * Ensure complete data entry into the contract management system. * Participate in the billing process. * Request IC Tax Benefit Cancellation. * Administrative support. **Requirements:** * Experience in contract administration and operations. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity and interest in professional growth. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is a plus. **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2.800,00 * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Health and dental insurance * Gympass * PPR (Profit Sharing Program) Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.799,00 - R$2.800,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance
