Job Summary: The professional will provide support to users of the Sankhya Om ERP platform, handling incident resolution, bug fixes, and clarification of doubts, with focus on accounting and financial modules. Key Highlights: 1. Support for Sankhya Om ERP users, with focus on accounting and financial modules. 2. Perform customization and improvements on the Sankhya Om ERP platform. 3. Act preventively and proactively, identifying root causes and proposing solutions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide user support, addressing needs related to incident resolution, bug correction, and doubt clarification, seeking rapid solutions that ensure operation and management of the Sankhya Om ERP platform. * Focus on accounting and financial modules.
