We are looking for a **Human Resources Department Assistant** to join our team and ensure the agile, high-quality, and responsible execution of daily routines. ### **Job Mission:** Ensure all clients receive their requests accurately and that legal obligations are fulfilled within established deadlines, avoiding penalties and ensuring customer satisfaction. ### **Responsibilities:** * **Serve clients** via telephone, e-mail, Gestta Messenger, or in person, registering and tracking requests in the Gestta system; * **Process payroll**, including calculation and verification in the Sênior, Mario Monteiro, or Domínio systems, respecting each client’s deadlines and complexity level; * Perform **employment termination calculations**, verify data, and transmit them to e-Social; * Process **vacations**, observing legal and contractual rules, with submission to e-Social and registration in Gestta; * **Submit mandatory events to e-Social**, providing required information and correcting previously identified errors; * **Monitor collective labor agreements**, identifying changes impacting payroll, benefits, hiring, vacations, and terminations; * Perform **contractual changes** (position, salary, working hours) in the system and in e-Social; * Register **medical certificates, CATs (Work Accident Reports), and medical evaluations**, ensuring timely submission to e-Social; * Notify the responsible analyst regarding **missing documentation or information** from clients, supporting alignment meetings and implementation of Responsibility Agreements; * **Support assistants and analysts** in departmental routines whenever necessary. ### **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in Human Resources department routines; * Practical knowledge of payroll processing, vacation management, employment termination, e-Social, and ancillary obligations; * Familiarity with Sênior, Domínio, and/or Mario Monteiro systems is desirable; * Organizational skills, responsibility, attention to deadlines, and strong communication skills with clients. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Ifood Card (ELO brand), Transportation Allowance, Afternoon Coffee, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, TotalPass, Corporate University, Career Development Plan, Partnerships with SES and SESC Clubs ### **Department:** Human Resources
