Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the vehicle fleet, ensuring proper operation, cost optimization, and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support and customer service Position: Fleet Assistant Location: Belo Horizonte Main Responsibilities: * Maintenance Control: Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure vehicles remain in good working condition. * Fleet Monitoring: Monitor vehicle usage, tracking fuel consumption, mileage, and performance. * Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks related to the fleet, such as scheduling workshops, liaising with suppliers, and supporting decision-making regarding vehicle purchase and sale. * Cost Analysis: Analyze fleet depreciation and propose strategies to reduce costs and optimize consumption. * Handling Operational Requests: Address transportation requests from operational departments. * Customer Service: Address customer needs as they arise. * Service Ticket Creation in Systems: Create and assign vehicle service tickets to service providers. * Inventory Control: Monitor inventory inflow and outflow of materials. Requirements: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems. * Knowledge of vehicle maintenance. * Driver's License Category B (CNH B). * Prior experience in administrative and vehicle maintenance activities. Salary: To be negotiated Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday); 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Friday); Benefits: Transportation allowance/fuel allowance, Meal/food allowance, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Group life insurance, Benefits club.
