Job Summary:
We are seeking a Fleet Assistant to manage operational resource compliance and activities related to fleet maintenance and administration, as well as provide support for workshop routines.

We are looking for a Fleet Assistant to join our team.
**Responsibilities:**
\- Ensure operational resource compliance (drivers, vehicles, and equipment);
\- Operational activities related to fleet management and documentation (preventive and corrective maintenance routines; roadside inspections; fuel consumption monitoring; cost administration; quotations; vehicle tracking; inventory and spare parts/tire stock maintenance; traffic violation control; driver, vehicle, and/or equipment documentation management, etc.);
\- Support operational activities related to workshop routines (mechanical, electrical, and tire services);
\- Achieve unit-level operational performance indicators;
\- Comply with legislation and maintain safe working conditions for truck drivers/drivers/forklift operators;
\- Perform related duties as requested by supervisors;
\- Strictly adhere to all company and client procedures, standards, and specifications;
**Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM (when scheduled)
**Requirements:**
\- Completed High School education (Mandatory);
\- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency;
\- Driver's License AB (Preferred);
\- Teamwork and proactivity.
