We are guided by values that shape all our interactions at work—ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Issue and verify invoices, loading orders, shipping orders, and transport manifests; * Control vehicle service tickets, weight closure, and support dispatch operations; * Assist drivers and visitors, and support departmental administrative routines; * Update management systems, operational charts, and reports; * Open and track service tickets in ServiceNow and submit requests to CSC; * Support operational control, monitoring, and communication activities. **Qualifications** * Knowledge of administrative and operational routines; * Familiarity with invoice issuance and verification; * Basic knowledge of systems and Microsoft Office suite; **Additional Information** Availability to work rotating shifts on a 6x2 schedule
