




Job Summary: Assist in procurement processes, including supplier development, purchase order formalization, and support for quotations and contract management. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with technical procurement processes and contract management 2. Supplier development and purchase order issuance 3. Support to internal customers for selling price formation Provide necessary assistance to the Procurement Department’s processes. Conduct diverse technical procurements of raw materials, metallic materials, chemical products, office supplies, consumables, etc. Develop and register new suppliers. Formalize, control, and issue purchase orders based on approved quotations and budgets. Conduct market research, and monitor and manage supply contracts. Support internal customers from the commercial, engineering, and project departments by assisting with material quotations for selling price formation. Maintain continuous follow-up on issued purchase orders. Present monthly departmental performance reports against established targets. Desired: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Management Processes, or related fields. Knowledge of supply chain ERP systems and control spreadsheets. Microsoft Office suite. Strong verbal fluency and negotiation skills with suppliers.
