Job Summary: We are seeking a partnership to develop and coordinate complete architectural projects, improvement projects, and landscape design projects, with multidisciplinary technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Complete architectural project development and coordination 2. Development of improvement and landscape design projects 3. Technical support for interdisciplinary interface We currently have a partnership opportunity in the design field. Responsibilities: * Architectural project development and coordination; * Full-cycle project development, from preliminary studies to executive drawings; * Improvement, adaptation, and revitalization projects for existing spaces; * Landscape design project development; * Development of locker room, bathroom, and support area projects; * Industrial layout development and interpretation; * Technical support for interdisciplinary interface (engineering, suppliers, and clients). Requirements: * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Experience with corporate/industrial projects is a plus; * Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar); * Organizational skills, aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and strong communication ability. * Must reside in the region.
