Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with basic technical knowledge in mechanics and strong communication skills to provide support to customers, suppliers, and authorized establishments, guiding workshops, analyzing quotations, and ensuring quality in maintenance processes. Key Highlights: 1. Technical mechanical support to customers and workshops. 2. Analysis of quotations and negotiation with suppliers. 3. Quality assurance in maintenance processes. We are looking for a professional with basic technical knowledge in mechanics and excellent communication skills to support customers, suppliers, and authorized establishments. The professional will guide workshops, analyze quotations, assist managers, and ensure quality and accuracy in maintenance processes. **Responsibilities** Provide basic technical guidance to workshops and maintenance facilities regarding technical procedures. Assist internal and external managers with clear and objective information about maintenance processes. Support authorized establishments with instructions on SIAG and maintenance routines. Conduct technical analysis of service and parts quotations. Ensure cost accuracy and assess the technical feasibility of requests. Negotiate with suppliers for the procurement of parts and services. Monitor deadlines, deliveries, service quality, and other issues related to the process. Handle technical matters related to quotation of services and parts. Use quotation tools such as Orion, Suiv, and Tempario (desirable). Work with organization, proactivity, and focus on solving technical and administrative demands. **Competencies and Skills** Strong communication skills for interaction with customers, suppliers, and authorized partners. Organizational skills to manage multiple simultaneous demands. Proactivity in seeking solutions. Basic knowledge of maintenance management tools (ERP). Knowledge of negotiation and procurement processes. Familiarity with the SIAG Maintenance product (a plus). Basic technical knowledge in mechanics, automotive electro-electronics, equipment, or equivalent experience in the field. **Education** Completed high school **Experience** Basic technical knowledge in mechanics Experience in automotive maintenance or technical support is a plus **Computer Skills** Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas and data organization)
