Check out some figures highlighting JBS’s scale and influence: **Globally:** * Over 70 years of history * More than 280,000 employees * Presence in over 20 countries * Operations across more than 500 production units * Serving over 275,000 customers in 190 countries * More than 250 brands in our portfolio **In Brazil:** * More than 158,000 employees * Presence in over 20 Brazilian states * Presence in over 200 cities across the country Join our team and be part of a success and innovation story at JBS! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and civil maintenance activities, ensuring execution with safety, quality, accuracy, and speed; * Monitor technological updates and suggest process, machinery, and equipment improvements to optimize operations, increase productivity, and reduce costs; * Plan, provide, and encourage maintenance-related training, occupational safety, quality, and software usage to standardize and develop the team; * Define priorities for preventive and corrective maintenance, lubrication, spare parts and service supply, and facilitate new equipment implementation to ensure uninterrupted production flow; * Control and monitor maintenance costs, rationalizing resources to reduce consumption of spare parts, services, fuels, lubricants, chemicals, and energy (electricity, water, steam, compressed air), while maintaining quality and safety standards; * Develop the maintenance area’s budget forecast based on input from production managers, ensuring compliance with internal norms and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience coordinating industrial maintenance teams (mechanical, electrical, and civil); * Knowledge of cost management, maintenance KPIs, and management systems; * Skills in people management, planning and delivering training; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate/advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Experience in refrigerated meatpacking plants is a plus. **Additional Information** **On-site Restaurant** **Commuter Allowance** **Free Parking** **Sempre Cuida (Digital Clinic) \-** Telehealth platform for your well-being, including mental, physical, and nutritional health, among others. **Medical/Dental Assistance and Life Insurance \-** Optional benefits offered through partnership models, ensuring care for your health. **Wellhub (formerly Gympass) and/or Total Pass \-** Gym membership program to promote your physical health and well-being. **Bonus
